Cheerleaders Told not To Wear Uniforms At School.. Cue The Outrage

Several Pinellas County, Florida schools have banned cheerleaders from wearing their uniforms to class because of strict dress codes. Administrators say sleeveless tops and short skirts may be distracting on game days. Principal Gary Schlereth tells the Tampa Times, "A parent looks at their son or daughter getting 'dress coded' for wearing something short, then they look at the cheerleading uniform and they say, 'What about that?'" Some parents and students are outraged saying the code kills school spirit and is an overreaction.
