My wife is getting close..  Anyway, here's what you missed on today's show.

A:   Airport Security Checkpoints!

Bonehead Of The Day:

A man in South Carolina was attacked by his SON during a fight about macaroni and cheese.

Dad told police he was assaulted by his 20-year-old son. The son lives with his dad but doesn't contribute to the household. When his dad went to make some mac and cheese for dinner, the cheese packets were missing from the box. That's when he went to tell his son to stop using all of the cheese packets.

The two exchanged a few words and when the dad walked away, his son ran after him and punched him in the face and head. The two ended up on the ground until the dad put his son in a headlock.

Cops noticed a bruise and cut on the man's face, and his son with a black eye. The dad wanted to file charges, so the son was arrested and taken away.

Confirmed!  Cats Don't Care

According to a kitty study...  cats can recognize their owners' voices, but choose to ignore them.... and it's due to evolution.

Researchers analyzed cats responses when their owners and others called to them.  The cats were much more responsive to their owners' calls.

BUT... The cats actually choose to ignore their owners because cats domesticated themselves thousands of years ago, so they weren't domesticated to take human orders like dogs.

5 Things Successful People Do Before 8am

Morning people are more productive, healthier and more active.

Here are the 5 things morning people accomplish before 8 am.

1. Exercise. It's so hard to find time to fit a work out in after the work day is done - the morning is the best time to do it.
2. Plan out their day. The best way to stay organized throughout the day is to visualize it in the morning.
3. Eat a healthy breakfast. Not just a granola bar - a balanced and healthy breakfast sets the tone for your day.
4. Meditate. Just take a few minutes in the morning to visualize your day and take time for quiet reflection.
5. Make your day top heavy. Those things you dread doing? Do them first - do the hardest things in the morning when you're more alert and the easier tasks at the end of the day.

Yes, Men Do Have Selective Hearing

Men have selective hearing... and so do women.

Researchers compiled pairs of words that are more socially relevant to men such as beer and football, and women, including chocolate and shopping. They combined the words in a single list.

The list was then read out to 40 men and 40 women.

RESULTS:

Men correctly recalled more male than female words, and women correctly recalled more female words.

Video Phone Lets You Talk To Your Pets & Even Give Them Treats From Anywhere

A new device called "Petchatz" lets owners video chat with their dog or cat from anywhere in the world and even reward them with a treat.

PetChatz claims to be the first-ever videophone of its kind and comes with a color camera so that pets and owners can see each other.

It also lets owners video chat with their dog or cat from anywhere in the world using their computer or smartphone, and remotely give them a treat.

The device is then connected to a Wi-Fi network, and it's filled with low calorie treats and 'scentz pads' that have a calming effect.

A special ringtone tells pets their owner is calling so they can be trained to run to the video phone.

The device costs about $350 right now, and is expected to be available in early 2014.

Male Contraceptive Pill Breakthrough

A new scientific breakthrough could finally make a male contraceptive pill a reality.

Scientists created a pill that works like a temporary vasectomy, stopping sperm leaving the body during sex.

They say the pill would not affect a man's sex drive, and fertility could be switched back on simply by not taking the pill.

There is an instagram page "Tips4jesus bar" where several photos have been posted with receipts from servers showing off the tips. The tag-line for the page is, "doing the lord's work one tip at a time."

The man and several of his friends have been described as friendly, polite, nice and a pleasure to serve. All the tips have cleared even one that was for $10,000. At first that tip wasn't cleared for fear of fraud, but the man took care of the matter and it was eventually cleared.

People in Michigan, Indiana and Illinois have been on the receiving end of the large tips.

Grinch!  City Officials Make An Entire Street Take Down It's Christmas Decorations

Officials in Orange County, California made an entire street in Trabuco Canyon take down its Christmas decorations.

Some 15-20 homeowners on the street received letters informing them that the lights which are anchored on multiple houses and suspended overhead are an obstruction and a violation of the county code.

The county officials ordered the homeowners to remove the elaborate display -- even though the display had been up on the street the past five holidays.

The officials say they worried that the lights aren't strung up strong enough and that a storm could potentially bring them down and electrocute someone.
