Bonehead Of The Day
A man in Georgia pulled out an AK-47 assault rifle at a basketball court during a dispute over a foul call.
The 25-year-old man pulled the rifle out of the trunk of his car after getting into an argument with another man during a basketball game.
The other guy called police who found the gun had "a 30-round magazine in the chamber."
When one of the officers inspected the gun and laid it back on the seat, the gun discharged, sending a round into the door of a nearby car.
The officers unloaded the gun and cited the man for disorderly conduct.
Awe.. Or Awkward.. Mom Matchmaking Site Help Their Kids Find Love
Some mothers — and some fathers, too — are going online and posting dating profiles for their sons and daughters.
The chief executive of a Jewish matchmaking site called TheJMom.com (which caters to parents) said, "It's almost like outsourcing your online dating to your mom."
Another website called, Duo, is a traditional matchmaking service based in South Korea, and it caters to the desires of the parents first and the children second.
With Duo, annual fees can range from $2,000 to $5,000 and include seven to nine introductions, with parents monitoring the dating progress of their children.
The profiles are written "in a way that makes the other moms want to be their in-laws and spend holidays together, so being sexy is not the selling point here."
** There are also matchmaking sites for other types of people, such as tech-savvy parents, and those looking to help their children find a second spouse after a divorce.
Why Men Die Younger Than Women.. & Not Because We Wish For It ha ha
According to Guinness World Records, the last male born in the 1800s has just died, but there are five women from the 1800s that are still alive and ticking.
A recent report found that women don't just live longer as seniors, but they outlive men at every age bracket, with most miscarriages being male babies.
One theory for the difference in the death rates of males is that testosterone makes them more violent and puts them in harm's way more often, while another thought is that their larger size could be to blame.
Another theory is that "mere maleness" is a predictor of greater mortality because of over-working, exposure to the elements, industrial hazards, and irregular habits of eating and sleeping.
Taylor Swift Gets Her Revenge on Kanye West
Kanye West recently admitted that his apology to Taylor Swift for crashing her VMA acceptance speech back in 2009 was not sincere.
The apology was supposed to be for the way that he interrupted her on stage and said that he felt Beyonce deserved the award that Taylor had just received.
With Kanye being a new dad, Taylor Swift went on Twitter and partly congratulated the rapper, while pointing out that Beyonce, who gave birth to her daughter, Blue Ivy, in early 2012 had a more impressive labor.
** The tweet is nowhere to be found on Taylor Swift's official feed now, so if she did send it out, it was quickly deleted to avoid more drama.
** By the way, Taylor also recently revealed that she keeps the photo of the moment Kanye stole her thunder in her house as a form of inspiration.
Even More Reason For Me To Sit On My Fat Butt & Watch Netflix!
Netflix has made a deal with Dreamworks Animation that will make it the biggest original content deal ever.
The multi-year deal will feature exclusive access to over 300 hours of programming starting in 2014. The deal is global and will cover all of Netflix's territories. That gives the website exclusive access to first-run kids content that until now has only been available on Nickelodeon or the Disney channel.
The two companies aren't announcing which shows are in the works, but said the new shows will be "inspired by characters from DreamWorks Animation's hit franchises and upcoming feature films as well as the Classic Media Library, which DreamWorks bought in 2012.
The deal was expected ever since the announcement in February that Netflix and DreamWorks were collaborating on their first Netflix Original Series: "Turbo", which premieres July 17th.
The deal will also gives Netflix exclusive access to DreamWorks Animation features, starting with "The Croods", along with "Turbo" and "Peabody and Sherman."
** With the deal, Netflix is cutting out the middle man and instead of licensing kids content from channels like Cartoon Network, it's getting it straight from the source.

2nd Bonehead Of The Day!
Woman marries man. Man gets evicted for sex crimes. Man goes to jail. Man and woman divorce. DNA evidence shows man is innocent - whoopsie!
Man is exonerated, given millions of dollars. Now, woman wants a piece of the pie.
That's the short version of a complicated story behind a lawsuit happening in Texas right now.
A man was convicted of committing sex crimes and sent to prison. The guy's wife stuck by him, taking care of the family, and sending his money for things he needed behind bars. Then, after a decade in prison, they ended up getting a divorce.
Years later, DNA evidence proved that the man was in fact innocent and he was exonerated. For the screw up, the state gave him millions of dollars. That's when his ex-wife came calling. She is suing for a piece of that money for all the time effort and strain it took losing her breadwinner to the prison system.
Courts originally awarded her $150,000 but the man is appealing the decision in a case that will probably make its way to the Texas Supreme Court and be the first of its kind in history.
